The huge snake quest you need to begin on the forest entrance of the town where you need to talk with this gueards over there. 
Then look on the map where exactly is the snake... 
His level is 120 but the fight isnt that easy. I mean at least it takes some time... 
After you save that poor untalented guard he will go back to the town you also need to go back to the town for your reward :).
But that guard will lead you to the king's place for your reward. And you will see king and Cleopatra next to him. That Cleopatra will turn into your huge snake and will atack you again. And you will beat it easily.. Then King will realize that he was controlled by that snake and give you xp capsule + 1 Star.
