Annoying noob on JS quest

Few times already when i am trying to o JS quest some noob lvl 1 called Cleoo is jumping my battles just to piss me off. Not that he can make me fail my battle coz he cant even stay long enough to die in battle because he is afraid to be spawned. But still he pisses me off.

Solution : Everyone who do the quest (questor and jumpers) must blacklist that person so he cant jump on your battles.

Or

Call GM.

I contacted live support and they send GM on my map and he deal with that noob.
