How to make high HP and SP foods

The ones who do quest often probably are in need of high Sp and HP food and they can't be found easily. One way to collect this kind of food is to do isnatnces with food rewards. Other way is doing food quests but once you are done with all of them You will probably need food again, especially if You sell quests.

There is a way for You guys to make them yourselves.

First of all you need to have a glaze talbe.

Here are some tips where and how to get the materials.

To make Gyrophora chicken you need :

You can collect great gynsengs here -> (click) , but you need to know that they are rare drop so it take a while to colect. You can colect the gyrophoras in same spot too. As for the chicken you can get it in different places - on chicken farm at North island, Egypts critical weapon place, leopard feedlot, raptors at Olsya or u can just compound it from any other kind of meat.

To make meat noodles u need :

All those meats can be easily collected at Olsya raptor cave. Or if you are training at leopard feedlot you can can collect the lamb and chicken, and compound beef from rest of meats. I don't recommend compound all of the meats from just 1 kind of meat. It will take too long to colect all of the meats and it will waste a lot of meats.

And here is the Interesting part: How to make the noodles.

Making noodles is really simple. The only thing you need is some simple +hp food from same group of meats, like barley, coprinus, sparrow meat, piggeon meat, or all other rank 7-8-9 meats.

You can simple compound barley+barley and get noodles or flour (flour + flour = noodles), or if you have higher ranks you can recycle them into steamed bund and compound bun+bun. This reaction succes rate is not mch high, but its still pretty fine sincee you are trying to jump 4 ranks in order to make noodles, so just be patient and keep trying till you get them!

For the ones who always waste all money for syrup/food

Lately i see all my friends are buying a lot of syrups for burst or train and they always complain about high prices in cancer.So i always tell them not to do that. But only few of them (XxKonnoXx and Waikit ) listened to my strategy.
You just need to have Glaze table and Crude oil equipment.

Don't use kitchen range for cooking because it means 3 times more wood for cooking.
So you need 1 wood collector to work for u once in a while to collect woods too.^^
Mostly training spots are dropping food which you can cook for train. This way you will earn the food you need and same time wont waste time of your alts with making syrups or trying to get money for syrups. They will get some xp too so they can level themselves or pets.
Like the lowest where you can put your alts in south island starfishes (for lvl 10-20). They drop EEL (hp sp 195 when you cook it).
Next place for good sp food is Pine forest. (for level 17 - 30) . The vine grass story. I bet everyone know it. Collecting vine grass and recycling it into straw mushroom. Then compound it with vine or turpentine and get tomato juice.
Next you can put ur char on train in Olsya (level 43-53)where you can get all kind of meats for sp and hp and cook it. You even will have extra for sale on shop. People always buy food so don't think its a bad business. Also there is starfish spot where you can collect different types of fishes (for level 20-30). And the normal rank 1 fish is a bit useless in primary you can compound it with anything rank 1 (for example fish + muck or fish + fish) and you will get higher rank better fish for cook.
Next spot in my mind is Korea - crabs. (lvl 45-54)They drop higher rank fishes and that mean they got higher sp and hp. There is Yellow croakers, cuttlefish, octopus.
After that the favourite spot for everyone is south poleb(lvl 54 - 71). Because of the theeth. There also get fish as drop - salmon and cod and wolf meat. Those cods and salmons are good as hp and sp food too. So don't drop them!
Next place i go train was Korea again (lvl 63-71). Gynseng monsters - they dop gynseng, small gynseng, gyrophora and great gynseng. They are like 80-120 sp and great gynseng is pretty rare but gives 400 sp. You can cook only the great one into high sp things (600-900 sp) and rest is good to eat directly. When i was in that spot i was not bursting any char so all sp i get i was sending to friends and guildmates which are still bursting and they save a lot of syrups.
Next place i went was DS cave. (lvl 71 - 77) There have no such nice drops but it was next step on my pet training. On mains and alts i follow the same training spot path ^^. There the only thing you can cook is the carrot. Wich gives 100 sp. Still usefull for bursting.
After that is Egypt ( lvl 77-91)- critical weapon place. there got mummies and scorpios. Max mummy level was 95-96 if im not mistaken. They drop wine - 120 sp. And is good for burst again. But the problem on this spot is there is battles spawn many mobs or they start with 8 mobs sometiems. So it is not good spot for people who train without eremote. Just avoid that place.
Other higher level spots for food are Owls in hanging garden (drop pork), leopards (drop almost every kind of meat), Relic isle laternfishes (drop fishes) and sharks (drop salmon, fugu and tuna).
There are sure many other spot that i didn't mentioned. I just wrote those that i used and liked as training spot.
Also you can always ask your friends for the food they drop. Because there is always many people who drop food - because they don't need it.

Meat noodles

Meat noodles are giving +800 hp. And they are very good for hard quests.
For 1 stack of meat noodles you need to have :
100 x Noodles
50 x Beef
50 x Chicken
50 x Lamb
50 x Gas

And if you wonder how to get noodles - there is few monsters dropping it in madagascar and maya. And since they are lvl 80+ i know that not everyone can collect there. Can make it from gas also. Make lots of gas and then recycle it and u get steamed buns. U need to compound the buns + muck or staw mushroom or with bun again and u will get noodles or flour. Flour is rank 3 and noodles are rank 5. U can also compound flour + flour and u will get noodles.
And the meats u can collect in olsya cave.

Ginseng bug

Today Selcho found some Ginseng monsters in Korea. And collect some ginsengs while she was leveling pakize's last magical atack Water Thunder.
Because they are giving good sp i checked what I can cook with them for my Food shop. There is 3 meals :
Soup of chicken - need 1 chicken and 3 ginseng. Making time 1 mnute. It gives Sp + 320 hp + 120
Ginseng chicken - need 1 chicken and 1 ginseng again but the making time is 2 minutes. It gives Sp + 650 and hp + 175.
Gyrophora chicken - need 2 ginsend 1 gyrophora and 1 chicken. Making time is 7 minutes. But it gives 975 SP.
And by the way you can collect gyrophoras in this place too. So don't need to wait it to appear on Kelan forest :p.

Actually the problem is that there is a big on the glaze table again. Remember on August when i make my first glaze table and withdraw it it disappear. I reported it to online support and after that on the forum appear topic about elin, elin gun quest and glaze table bug. In september's first update it was fixed. So i make another glaze table.
So this time when you try to cook Ginseng chicken or gyrophora chicken with ginseng you will see that you ginseng doesn't appear on the glaze table.
So the only thing you can cook with ginseng is Soup of ginseng.

Fruit Growing and Making syrups

Kiss and SeaEagle asked me about fruit growing and making syrups. I am going to make a litle guide and i hope you will like it.
You need to have turf, fence, parterre, french window, closet and manual blender. Better if you make mill too.


The instrument wich is growing fruits is turf. However turf alone can produse only 10 fruits for 12 minutes without the other things aroung it. You need to put parterre fence and french window close enough to the turf and you will se that the production increase to 40.
To produce each type of syrups you need 5 seeds of it and 1 organic muck. You can make your own organic muck sitting on your closet for a while. And better if you sit on it all the time making syrups because you can use them for compouding. For example if you dont know where to find mango seeds you can compound normal seeds with organic muck and you will get other kind of seeds. You can also make your roses for parterre compouding rank 1 flower with organic muck or cotton + organic muck.



And when you get your fruits you have to make them into syrups in manual blender.

Grape syrup is + 400 sp
Mango syrup + 400 hp
Apple syrups +350 hp and +100 sp
Cantaloupe syrup + 100 hp and + 300 sp

Compounding Fruit Juices

Last night i talked with Sios on MSN and he said that he will log in in weekend because he miss WL. So i wanted to make him at least lvl 26 till he come, because i want to put him some better clotes than that Clue Coat.
So i take my both alts - shaziye and Sios to Beetle den for afk trainign while I'm sleeping.
So almost everyone know that when you compound some kind of fruit you get other kind of fruit or fruit juice.
So in the morning when i had more than 25 stacks of Watermelon, Apple, Muskmelon i compounded them with each other (50x50) and got :

50 x Mango juice (hp + 200)
50 x Orange juice (hp + 150)
100 x Lemonade (sp + 300)
50 x Strawberry juice (hp + 100)
50x Gooseberry Juice (sp + 150)
50 x Lemon ( use it for manufacture - making colour skin)

And in the end i had 1 stack of fruit only so i compound it with Beast bone (rank 6), wich i got from exilia's training in South Pole, and got Lemonade again.
So next time i wont waste my fruits compounding them with each other, i will compound them with bones.
